My family bought our dream home and the sold our previous home just as the Market was cooling off… We didn’t get the sale amount we hoped or planned for so we turned to Pierre and his team to find a new mortgage with a lower interest rate and lower payment. Pierre was able to quickly engage with a big bank lender and started the process of getting my family approved for a new mortgage that offset all of the low sale price of our previous home and negotiated on our behalf to clear some debts to leverage the low interest rate.
